We have finally received the advance copies of our little book. Yes, I say ‘our’, for without the inspiration from my little man I can’t imagine how I would have ever written such a story.
Four years ago, a conversation with my then three year old son about why there was no daddy in our home, planted a seed in my mind. That seed became an idea and over the following twelve months that idea developed into a story I could see myself reading to my son. A story I could see other solo mums reading to their children.
We are both so excited and proud to have this gorgeous book in our hot little hands and can’t wait to share it with the world.
The rest of the books are still a few weeks away yet so in the meantime we are going to utilise this time to organise a good old fashioned book launch. Stay tuned for details.
